Job summary

Establishment Labs in the United States seeks an FP&A professional to lead consolidated financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will partner with Finance leadership to drive profitability and support decision-making in a fast-growing women’s health company.

This remote role enables travel up to 25%, including visits to the Costa Rica HQ, and requires 3+ years in FP&A, strong modeling skills, and experience with BI tools. MBA or CPA/CMA/CFA is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management skills.
• Advanced English; intermediate Spanish preferred.
• Experience with financial planning systems and BI tools is a plus.
• Travel up to 25%, including visits to Costa Rica HQ.

About The Role:

Provide strategic and operational financial support to the Finance team through consolidated financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and modeling. This role plays a key part in driving business performance, supporting decision-making, and enabling profitable growth across the organization.

• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences is preferred.
• Availability to travel up to 25%, including visits to the Costa Rica HQ.
