Job Overview:

The Regional Manager should have high technical aptitude, influence brand preference, and articulate value propositions effectively. Territory covers Northeast US states across multiple markets like chemical processing, oil & gas, industrial, and water treatment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Execute strategic plans to grow sales and support regional activities.
  2. Collaborate with sister companies for market synergies.
  3. Understand target markets, products, and industries; bring added value.
  4. Recommend channel partner changes and market segmentation strategies.
  5. Manage sales channels, establish targets, review performance, and develop strategies.
  6. Provide technical and sales training to channel partners.
  7. Report marketplace changes, maintain dashboards, and execute strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • High mechanical aptitude with experience and training in relevant disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience selling pumps and process equipment.
Core Competencies:
  • Experience selling through channels and managing key accounts.
  • Knowledge of chemical processes, injection, and mixing technologies.
  • Relationship building, credibility, and trust.
  • Proven sales track record with end-users and distributors.
  • Ability to work with specifying engineers.
  • Existing customer network and regional knowledge.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and communicative.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM, ERP systems.
Preferences:
  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
Travel & Work Requirements:

Approximately 65% travel expected.
