What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Manage day-to-day operations of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Associate Sales Executives (AEs) focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline development
  2. Foster a culture of coaching and training to enhance team performance and skill development
  3. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to create effective go-to-market strategies
  4. Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and productivity
  5. Co-develop and maintain the Sales Development playbook

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Sales Development Team Management
  2. Proven track record of exceeding team quotas and accurate forecasting
  3. Strong people management skills and a servant leadership approach
  4. Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, or Salesloft, and other AI-driven sales tools
  5. Data-driven leadership style focused on performance management
