Job summary

Mercury Hampton Ltd in Dallas, TX is seeking a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the Central US region, covering oil & gas, petrochemical, utility, power generation, manufacturing and automotive accounts.

You will build relationships with engineers, maintenance teams and operations leaders, conduct product demonstrations, support trade shows, and drive channel management to expand revenue, with significant autonomy and uncapped bonus potential.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical sales experience in industrial, utility, energy, manufacturing or process industries.
Exposure to electrical equipment, power quality, test & measurement, instrumentation, industrial automation or related technologies.

Responsibilities

Direct sales: Electric utilities and energy providers; Oil & gas operators and petrochemical facilities; Automotive manufacturing plants; Industrial processing facilities; EPCs and engineering consultancies; Mission-critical infrastructure operators.
Channel & Partner Management: Drive channel performance against revenue targets; Build accurate rolling forecasts; Develop end-user opportunities with channel partners; Identify gaps in territory coverage; Recruit or replace representatives; Ensure consistent market engagement.
