Job summary

Zygo Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Northeastern US and Eastern Canada. You will lead strategic sales, build customer relationships, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver metrology solutions.

You will manage pricing and forecasts in Salesforce CRM, travel up to 60%, and contribute to high-value sales of capital equipment. Compensation includes base plus incentive and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of technical sales experience selling capital equipment or metrology systems.
• Hunter mentality with ability to grow new business and expand accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience forecasting and managing opportunities in Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Northeastern US and Eastern Canada.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Build partnerships with customers and internal teams to deliver metrology solutions.
• Manage pricing, discounts, forecasts, and an accurate opportunity pipeline in CRM.
• Communicate market trends and customer requirements to leadership and product teams.
