What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute business strategy to grow the Northeastern territory through securing new orders and increasing revenue
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at corporate offices and branches of assigned accounts
- Identify and execute growth strategies with new and existing distributors and OEMs
- Monitor competition and market trends to provide valuable market intelligence
- Manage customer service processes to ensure satisfactory solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Must reside within the Northeastern Territory; relocation assistance is not available
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales/technical sales field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the fluid power and/or heat transfer industries
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong technical comprehension of fluid power applications and/or principles of heat transfer; Fluid Power Certification is preferred
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate successfully
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
