Position Summary:
MyDoorView is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead sales efforts across the Northeast Region. This individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing dealer/channel relationships, supporting system integrators, and driving growth of our smart video intercom and access control solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep experience in B2B sales within the security, access control, or smart building industries. *This remote position is based in New York, Pennsylvania, or New Jersey
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow the sales pipeline across the Northeast Region, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Develop and manage relationships with dealers, system integrators, distributors, and end users
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations to prospective partners and customers
- Drive new dealer onboarding and ensure proper sales enablement
- Collaborate with the Sales Engineering and Marketing teams to support RFPs, solution design, and lead generation efforts
- Maintain regular in-person meetings and virtual meetings to meet weekly activity targets
- Accurately forecast opportunities and update CRM systems with relevant activities and pipeline status
- Attend trade shows, roadshows, and industry events as needed
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor offerings, and channel dynamics in the region
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in security, access control, intercoms, or IoT technology
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Strong knowledge of regional dealer/integrator networks within the Northeast U.S
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and virtual sales tools (Zoom, etc.)
- Willingness to travel 50–70% across the region
Preferred:
- Experience working with Brivo, Eagle Eye Networks, PDK, or similar technology partners
- Technical aptitude or background in low-voltage or security systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission + benefits package
