Netflix House is a permanent entertainment venue where fans can interact with their favorite Netflix stories through immersive experiences and elevated hospitality. The first two locations will open at King of Prussia in Pennsylvania and Galleria Dallas in 2025. Netflix House is another step in Netflix's commitment to create immersive, in-person experiences for fans around the globe, including NETFLIX BITES Las Vegas, The Queen’s Ball: A Bridgerton Experience; Stranger Things: The Experience; Squid Game: The Experience, now open in New York, Madrid, Sydney and Seoul; and Stranger Things: The First Shadow, now open on London’s West End and coming to Broadway March 28. Netflix has reached 7.5 Million fans across 170 openings in 100 cities and 40 unique formats around the world with an average guest rating of 4.7 out of 5.

The Role

Our Experiences team puts fans at the center of their favorite stories, in real life, through permanent entertainment venues, Netflix House, and touring attractions around the world. Netflix Houses are our permanent, always-on, constantly refreshable entertainment venues, where guests can step into their favorite stories. We want these experiences, along with merchandise offerings, to help promote love for our titles so they become part of the zeitgeist for longer periods of time and drive long-term value for Netflix.

As the Sales Manager, you will lead local sales strategy and planning at Netflix House Philadelphia to deepen Fan/Guest engagement, drive revenue, and cultivate lasting partnerships that bring the spirit of Netflix House to life. This is a dynamic, highly visible role that blends strategic thinking, grassroots hustle, partnership with fellow Netflix House Crew/Staff and a love for immersive entertainment experiences.

You will be tasked with developing unique offerings that utilize Netflix House resources to package the perfect offering for our clients. Your focuses include designing and executing sales initiatives, identifying staffing and resource needs to support events, and ensuring successful progress toward sales and revenue goals. You will partner with other departments throughout Netflix, sourcing leads, and ensuring sales revenue is optimized in collaboration with the Netflix Corporate strategy. You are an individual who is passionate about sharing Netflix fandom by nurturing relationships and showing a strong desire to create memorable experiences. The ideal Sales Manager is a communicative leader dedicated to developing and growing the business.

This salaried, on-site role reports to the General Manager and is based in King of Prussia, PA.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and lead the local sales strategy for Netflix House Philadelphia, and collaborate with other Netflix Houses across the country.
  • Work closely with the global Live Experiences sales and marketing teams to align efforts and execute strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong ties with local schools, universities, non-profits, tour operators, convention and visitor bureaus, and neighborhood organizations to develop repeatable programs and partnerships.
  • Create compelling offerings for corporate clients, including buyouts, hospitality packages, and brand-aligned activations, working closely with the Netflix House programming team to customize experiences.
  • Identify opportunities for group sales and partnership-based offerings to drive short-term revenue and long-term loyalty.
  • Support local in-market activations, community events, and on-site promotional opportunities.
  • Align with key stakeholders across Live Experiences, consumer products, finance & strategy, legal, human resources, and content teams.
  • Monitor and report on sales goals, pipeline health, and campaign effectiveness, while continuously optimizing strategy based on data and insights.

What We Need From You

  • Demonstrated 5+ years of sales experience in the location-based entertainment (LBE) industry.
  • Strong understanding of the region to develop a localized sales strategy.
  • Expertise in interpreting and distilling a large volume of sales and customer data into actionable insights, including the ability to accurately produce sales reports and effectively communicate sales patterns and needs to a broad audience.
  • Excellent knowledge of creative marketing, distribution, and publishing. Demonstrated legal knowledge for sales activations.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, communities, and cross-functional partners.
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales trends in the LBE industry.
  • Familiarity with event logistics, venue capacity planning, and staffing coordination for group events and buyouts.
  • Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate, crafting custom experiences and bundles that make Netflix House the go-to destination for fandom-based gatherings.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and digital.
  • Excellent organizational skills using digital tools and Google suite.
  • Availability to support a 365-day attraction through flexible scheduling; this position balances a typical Monday through Friday work schedule with evening and/or weekend event support.
