Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a Sales Manager for the Multi-Family vertical to lead a team of field account representatives selling MRO and related products to apartment-industry customers. The role covers Oklahoma City, OK; Tulsa, OK; West Arkansas; and Lubbock, TX with approximately 50% travel.

The position offers a competitive base salary plus a monthly incentive, with a laptop/tablet and cell phone provided for business use. A company vehicle may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales management or a related leadership role.
• Experience in Multi-Family or apartment-industry sales is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field account team to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets in the territory.
• Design and implement sales programs, forecasts, and pricing tactics to optimize performance.
• Manage field reps, coach performance, and ensure strong customer relationships and retention.
