Job summary

HD Supply Management, LLC (USA) is seeking a Sales Manager for the Multi-Family vertical to lead a field sales team selling MRO and related products across Oklahoma City, OK, Tulsa, OK, West Arkansas, and Lubbock, TX. Expect a competitive base salary plus a monthly sales incentive, with a company vehicle, laptop/tablet, cell phone, and travel allowances.

You will coach a high-performing team, drive market growth, and build strong customer relationships while achieving sales and profitability

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related field required.
• 7+ years sales experience in related field.
• Proven sales leadership and team development.
• Willing to travel approximately 50% across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach field account reps to meet sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales programs and customer retention initiatives.
• Forecast, plan, and report on sales performance and pricing tactics.
• Manage and develop direct reports and field teams.
• Travel ~50% across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and West Texas regions.
• Maintain CRM data and strong relationships with customers.
