Sonova USA Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Mountain States to drive sales growth across AZ, CO, ID, NM, UT, West TX, South WY, West KS. The role requires up to 70% travel and strong customer-facing skills to build long-term partnerships.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree (Audiology preferred), 3+ years in medical device or hearing aid sales, and experience with Unitron software. Excellent English communication and presentation abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years in clinical, medical device, or hearing aid sales.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Make face-to-face sales presentations and appointments with customers and prospects.
• Meet revenue and unit budget goals for territory through consultative services.
• Guide new customers through onboarding to create loyalty to Unitron.
• Innovate to achieve customer goals.
• Understand market dynamics and use data to drive decisions.
• Manage appointments and travel for logistics and cost efficiency.
• Other duties as needed to achieve territory objectives.
