Job summary

Sonova USA Inc. in the Mountain States region seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in AZ, CO, ID, NM, UT, West TX, South WY, and West KS. This travel-heavy role partners with customers to expand sales, improve patient experience, and build loyalty to the Unitron brand.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in medical device or hearing aid sales, strong communication, and the ability to navigate Unitron programming software. A Bachelor's degree is required; Masters preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in clinical settings or medical device/hearing aid sales.
• Prior hearing aid industry experience strongly desired.
• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work with Unitron programming software and demonstrate technical aptitude.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Make face to face sales presentations and selling appointments with customers and prospects.
• Achieve revenue and unit budget goals for the territory through consultative services.
• Guide new customers through onboarding to create loyalty to Unitron.
• Innovate to achieve customer goals and use data to drive decisions.
• Manage appointments and travel for efficient logistics and expenses.
• Collaborate across teams to meet territory objectives.
