Reporting to the Sales Leader, the Regional Sales Manager will identify, develop, and manage revenue opportunities through strategic sales of all product and service lines.

This is a remote position within the Sales Team.

Typical daily responsibilities include:
  • Represent Aria Filtra to prospective customers in your territory.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and foster strategic partnerships.
  • Achieve sales targets by managing the sales funnel via CRM, meeting or exceeding growth goals.
Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or related sciences.
  • 8+ years of direct and channel sales experience or 3+ years managing sales teams in industrial markets (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Power, Water).
  • Proven success closing contracts over $1M with premium products.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% within the Eastern US.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Based near a major airport in the Eastern US.
  • Experience with "Water as a Service" or mobile water filtration rentals.
