JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Vice President- Sales, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing sales operations within the Midwest region. The position involves developing and implementing channel/customer strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve performance targets for each state. The Regional Sales Manager is an individual contributor that collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives.
