Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Director of Partnerships passionate about literacy to partner with school districts and enhance reading achievement. This is a full-time, remote sales position responsible for territory development, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition, focusing on districts in Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, or Arkansas. Candidates should have a proven sales record within these territories and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with district leaders by understanding their early literacy needs and employing a consultative sales approach.
  • Develop your territory by forming relationships with regional organizations, attending conferences, and understanding regional initiatives, funding, and legislation.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for Classroom Libraries and Decodable Packs.
  • Utilize sales tools effectively, such as Hubspot.
  • Occasional travel for conferences and meetings is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience as a principal or district leader familiar with school operations and district collaborations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ownership mentality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic organization.
  • Collaborative mindset with eagerness to share learnings and improve team effectiveness.
  • Deep empathy for educators and a passion for early literacy; teaching or district leadership experience is highly preferred.
