Job summary

Diversified, a global leader in audiovisual and media technology, seeks a dynamic Mid Atlantic Sales Manager to lead and grow our Account Executive team across the Mid-Atlantic region. This role focuses on developing high-potential AEs, increasing sales effectiveness, and driving pipeline generation and revenue growth.

Based in Sterling, VA, the role reports to the Vice President, Northeast Region, and involves direct management of 6 Account Executives with responsibility for strategic accounts

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record leading Account Executive teams.
• 3+ years in direct people management and coaching of sales professionals.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, forecasting, and opportunity management.
• Experience driving pipeline generation, win rates, and revenue attainment in a regional market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Mid-Atlantic AE organization across DC and Philadelphia markets.
• Partner with the Regional VP to recruit and onboard 2–4 AEs over the next 12 months.
• Coach in territory planning, account strategy, and deal execution to improve close rates.
• Drive disciplined pipeline generation and ensure pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
