• Strong technical background combined with proven sales experience.
• Technical degree or equivalent professional experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the metal cutting industry
• Experience operating CNC turning centers is an advantage
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident customer-facing presence
• Dedicated workspace suitable for home office days
• Home base preferably in the greater Chicago area
