Job summary

Rent One, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee up to nine stores in the Missouri region. The role includes regular travel between locations with a company vehicle provided, plus a laptop and phone for productivity from any location.

Home office flexibility is available as part of the role. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of multi-unit management experience, be capable in hiring and developing staff, and possess strong multitasking and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maximize store performance and efficiency through hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, and mentoring initiatives.
• Ensure employee engagement and motivation.
• Optimize reporting and performance metrics to maximize regional profitability.
• Verify and report organizational compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Validate store reported audit results.
