Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering mobile hardware directly to customers across a defined geographic territory in Missouri.

You will prospect new customers, present solutions using your mobile store, and manage daily operations and reporting. The role requires you to reside within the assigned territory; relocation is not available and you must be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred, especially route sales.
• Strong tenure history; ideally no more than 3 employers in 10 years.
• Analytical, reasoning and organizational skills; proficient with databases, spreadsheets and common office apps.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects and call on nearby businesses; face-to-face visits.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain cleanliness, operation, marketing and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contacts in company software.
