Job summary

Rent One, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead up to nine stores in the St. Louis area. You will drive sales, coach store teams, and maximize profitability while ensuring excellent customer service.

This role includes a company vehicle, laptop, and phone, plus flexible consideration for which store serves as your home office. You will travel regularly to visits across locations and report to the Sales Director.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two-years of multi-unit management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience hiring and developing co-workers.
• Excellent multitasking, decision making, organization and on occasion, negotiating skills.
• Experience with client retention is a plus.
• Must have valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that complies with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Maximize store performance and efficiency through implementation of proper hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, and mentoring initiatives.
• Ensuring employee engagement and motivation.
• Optimize reporting and performance metrics to maximize regional profitability.
• Verify and report organizational compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Validate store reported audit results.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

We're looking for a dynamic leader to join the Rent One team as a Regional Sales Manager and oversee up to nine of our stores. The pay range we're offering is competitive with opportunities for you to maximize your earning potential though performance incentives.

• We provide you with a company vehicle since you will be regularly traeling to different stores.
• We will also furnish your laptop and phone so you can stay productive from any location.
• We're even flexible on determining which store will be your home office!

Requirements:
