Lakeshore Learning Materials in Hayward, CA, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow our presence in K-12 markets. You will cultivate relationships with school districts and educational programs, serving our customers in early childhood and education while exploring middle and high school segments.

Base salary is competitive with uncapped commissions. You’ll work with a sales support team and Marketing to drive strategies, travel within the territory (2-3 overnights weekly), and build

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Strong presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs
• Ability to perform outstanding work from home
• Candidates should reside in the East Bay area with travel within territory
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Great attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Securing new and repeat business by building relationships with key customers in designated territory
• Partnering with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business
• Consistently calling on and maintaining relationships with customers within territory
• Collaborating with RVP/RD to build and drive sales strategies
• Targeting key customers and uncovering customer needs
• Communicating effectively with internal HQ departments to streamline communication and increase sales
• Participating in local, state and national conferences to promote Lakeshore brand
