Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to extend our reach in K–12 education. You will cultivate relationships with school districts and educational programs across the East Bay and broader markets, driving sales with an uncapped commission opportunity.

You’ll partner with internal teams to tailor strategies, manage territory, and attend conferences to promote the Lakeshore brand. Travel may be required, with emphasis on building long-term partnerships and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Solid presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs at all levels
• Candidates should reside in East Bay area with ability to travel within territory (2–3 overnight stays/week)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Great attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the designated geographical area
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business
• Consistently calling on, building, and maintaining relationships with customers within the territory
• Collaborating with RVP/RD to build, adjust, and drive sales strategies
• Targeting key customers and begin to assess and uncover customer needs
• Communicating effectively with internal HQ departments and sales channels to streamline communication and increase sales
• Participating in local, state and national conferences to promote the Lakeshore brand
