Job summary

Phathom Pharmaceuticals seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team across Northern California (Sacramento), Northern Nevada, Idaho, Washington and Oregon, launching the vonoprazan franchise. The RSM reports to the Area Sales Director and partners with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.

You will recruit, train, and coach field reps, drive omni-channel selling, and align regional plans with company goals.

Qualifications

10+ years in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry with 2-3 years of sales management experience.
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred; 10+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales including field management and launches.
Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate high-performing sales teams and launch market-leading brands.
