Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ten years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial and legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, develops, closes and retains factoring relationships.
• Conducts outreach and attends various events in the community and surrounding area.
• Engages COI referral sources locally and nationally and manages a pipeline of ongoing appointments.
• Actively sources prospective clients requiring factoring services and maintains proactive communication to win relationships.
• Leverages marketing tactics to achieve business development goals and expectations.
• Develops revenue growth through generation of loans and fee income.
• Prepares, presents and negotiates financing proposals and documents for/with prospective clients.
• Maintains relationships with senior team members across departments.
• Mitigates risk and leads with a client-centric focus.
