What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a sales growth plan for the assigned territory, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Manage field marketing and technical responsibilities for the ERIFLEX product line
- Influence end-user specifications and promote ERIFLEX products through proactive marketing
- Utilize Salesforce CRM tools to track opportunities with target accounts
- Provide training and product demonstrations to customers and internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the electrical or electronics industry
- Ability to work independently from a home office and travel regularly
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
