What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Develop and implement a sales growth plan for the assigned territory
  2. Manage field marketing and technical responsibilities for the ERIFLEX product line
  3. Utilize Salesforce CRM tools to track opportunities with target accounts
  4. Conduct training and product demonstrations for customers
  5. Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials for ERIFLEX products

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or relevant sales experience
  2. Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in the electrical or electronics industry
  3. Ability to travel 60% within the region and maintain a valid driver’s license
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
