Milan Laser Hair Removal, the nation’s largest laser hair removal provider, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive regional sales by developing clinic leaders and enforcing high-performance standards across multiple locations. You will align clinics to the sales roadmap, promote data-driven decision making, and champion service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of team management experience.
• Multi-unit or multi-site leadership experience.
• Background in laser hair removal or aesthetics preferred.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate findings into action plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% including overnight travel.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to rent a vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Drive regional sales performance by developing clinic leaders and standardizing practices.
• Lead execution of regional sales roadmap across multiple clinics.
• Coach and develop leaders, conduct weekly manager meetings.
• Assess clinics quarterly and ensure SOP adherence region-wide.
• Analyze KPIs and communicate trends to leadership and partners.
• Oversee labor planning, budgets, and staff scheduling.
