Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager to support operations across 400+ clinics nationwide. You will lead client consultations, drive revenue through personalized treatment plans, and mentor clinic teams to sustain strong performance and an exceptional client experience.

The role demands a driven, sales-focused professional with the ability to travel extensively and adapt to new locations while delivering life-changing results for clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations.
• Experience mentoring or managing a small team (2–5 employees).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and sales software.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (100%).
• Residence within close proximity to a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs.
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention.
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques and value-based recommendations.
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Coach and mentor a team of 2–5 employees to drive performance and maintain a positive, high-energy culture.
• Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized solutions.
• Utilize financing options to increase client access and improve conversion rates.
• Encourage and generate client reviews and referrals.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and performance tracking.
• After training, support onboarding of new Clinic Managers.
