Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive regional sales by empowering clinic leadership and implementing standardized, high-performance practices across multiple clinics. You will lead data-driven initiatives, promote exceptional customer experiences, and partner with teams to remove barriers to regional success.

Qualifications

• Analyze performance data and translate findings into action plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% with overnight travel.
• Residence within the assigned region or willingness to relocate within commuting distance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to rent a vehicle.
• Experience in laser hair removal or related aesthetics industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales targets by enabling clinic leadership with tools and KPIs.
• Lead the regional sales roadmap and standardize practices across clinics.
• Promote service excellence and customer experience; execute promotions and incentives.
• Develop leaders through coaching and mentoring; conduct weekly manager meetings.
• Perform quarterly clinic assessments and ensure SOP adherence.
• Analyze performance and report trends; address gaps with SOPs.
• Manage labor and budgets; oversee hiring and scheduling; ensure continuity.
