Job summary

Duvel Moortgat USA Ltd. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a sales team and execute Duvel USA’s sales and marketing plans across the territory. The role will directly manage select wholesalers and coach teams to drive growth in volume and distribution.

The ideal candidate will be located in Springfield, MO; Oklahoma City, OK; Tulsa, OK; Little Rock, AR; or Bentonville, AR, or operate with flexible work-from-home options, with national travel as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3–5 years malt beverage experience; at least 1 year with a wine or beer distributor preferred.
Ability to interface with wholesale and retail management.
Self-motivated; able to work with limited direction and both independently and in a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable leading trainings and evening events.
Willingness to travel overnight and work nights/weekends.
Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Coordinate wholesaler activities and implement sales/marketing programs for the portfolio.
Motivate distributor management and sales forces; oversee wholesaler incentive programs.
Sell products and upgrade product lines across distribution channels.
Identify core accounts and develop plans to establish business.
Lead and coach a sales team to meet division objectives and grow distributor relationships.
Track distributor pricing, distribution, volume, and market information; submit reports.
