Athletic Brewing Co. seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead Southeast sales, support Territory Managers, and strengthen distributor partnerships. You will drive market planning, product presentation, and strategic initiatives across assigned markets.

The role requires travel, leadership in a fast-paced environment, and a track record of building relationships with retailers and distributors to expand brand presence and sales velocity.

Qualifications

• Must live or relocate to territory.
• Must be able to travel around the territory.
• Available to work nights/weekends.
• Must be within commutable distance of a major airport.
• Relocation considerations may be discussed.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow Southeast sales across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and beyond.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with ABC goals.
• Direct distributor relationships and accountable for market execution and events.
• Plan TM routes and review with TMs bi-weekly.
• Manage regional budget and negotiate partnerships to boost brand awareness.
