Job summary

J.M. Huber Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of Huber ZIP System, AdvanTech, and other residential products in designated markets.

You will communicate the value proposition to single- and multi-family customers through dealers and distributors within the territory. The role requires building strong relationships with key influencers, developing territory plans, and maximizing sales productivity through effective time and travel management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an ABP-based account plan for top regional accounts.
• Identify and target architects, engineers, and GC's in multi-family and light commercial markets.
• Sell Huber ZIP System, AdvanTech, and related products through dealers and distributors.
• Build multi-level relationships with operations, purchasing, warranty, and engineering teams.
• Travel within the territory to visit key clients and manage active projects.
