Naviga has been retained to recruit a Regional Sales Manager.Title: Regional Sales ManagerLocation: Remote, US (ideally East Coast, but open to any market in the US)Key Notes:- Our client is actively expanding its presence in the US, aiming to significantly increase its market share

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the Events and Industrial/Commercial segments
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including company owners, procurement managers, and technical managers
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to demonstrate product capabilities and value propositions
- Handle client inquiries, provide technical consultations, and customize solutions based on client needs
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads from the website and other channels
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent sales performance
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, typically within 4 weeks, with some large projects taking up to 6+ months
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure product designs meet client specifications and standards
- Manage post-sale activities, including client support, project follow-ups, and addressing any issues
Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of consultative sales experience, selling tent systems and temporary building structures
- Strong understanding of basic design guidelines and the ability to consult on technical aspects of products
- Demonstrated success in managing high-value deals ranging from $100k to $2M, typically between $100k and $300k
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel across North America to meet clients and prospects
Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required
