Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – North America

Location: Remote (North America-based)

Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per annum (Base + Performance Incentives)

We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager on behalf of our client to lead and grow their sales operations across North America. This individual will be responsible for managing key relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving strategic growth in the power generation sector.

Our client is a well-established manufacturer and supplier of commercial and industrial power generation systems, serving a diverse range of industries across North America. Known for engineering excellence, innovation, and dependable service, they deliver mission-critical energy solutions to organizations that require continuous and reliable power.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.
• Identify and cultivate new commercial and industrial sales opportunities.
• Manage relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, and end-users.
• Provide technical and consultative sales support to meet client-specific needs.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales efforts.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service and support.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience specifically within the power generator industry (commercial or industrial focus).
• Deep understanding of generator systems, power applications, and customer use cases.
• Demonstrated success in managing a sales territory and exceeding performance targets.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
