Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a remote position based in or near San Francisco Bay Area, requiring frequent travel within the assigned territory.

About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing a dealer network, driving sales, and providing product expertise. This role requires a consultative sales approach, relationship management skills, and the ability to execute strategic sales plans independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage dealer relationships in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Implement a consultative sales process to identify customer needs and deliver solutions.
  • Conduct business reviews with dealers to maximize sales.
  • Use CRM tools to document activities, track opportunities, and manage pipelines.
  • Update and execute a business plan, adjusting strategies based on market trends.
  • Provide product demonstrations and ensure customers understand the solutions' value.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success in equipment sales through a dealer network.
  • Strong consultative selling skills engaging business owners and executives.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel frequently (approx. three nights per week).
  • Comfortable operating and demonstrating commercial equipment (training provided).
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary plus commission, with earning potential of $125K-$180K annually.
