Position Summary

As the Regional Sales Manager and Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for working with the Vice President of Sales to set and achieve regional sales, profit, market share, and customer delight goals for merchandise, equipment, teeth, services, and other company products & offerings. You will oversee the regional branch logistics, sales personnel training programs, and sales of specialty products and services. Your role as the Regional Sales Manager is essential, as it serves as the bridge between customers and Benco Dental!

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field or equivalent education/experience
  • Ten years sales/management experience
  • Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to travel in assigned region as well as frequent overnight travel

The base pay range of $50-$60/hour represents the low and high end of the hiring salary range for applicants that meet the minimum qualifications. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The hiring range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Other financial rewards may include bonuses, profit sharing, and expense reimbursement.
