Remote USA, preferred locations in EST

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with Utility Scale and Community Solar project developers, EPCs, system integrators, asset owners, and design engineering firms.
  3. Build a sales pipeline by actively pursuing leads.
  4. Assist with revenue forecasting and review sales results regularly, taking corrective actions as needed.
  5. Nurture relationships with leading PV project developers to ensure SolarEdge remains their supplier of choice.
  6. Maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance market penetration.
  7. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to make informed decisions.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across divisions and geographies, including product management, engineering, solution engineering, and operations.
  9. Provide input on marketing and product positioning strategies for the US market.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of successful sales management experience with a proven track record of revenue growth.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
  • Previous experience in the PV industry is advantageous, particularly in Utility scale and community solar sectors.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain SolarEdge products effectively.
  • Proven success in negotiating and closing large deals.
  • Ability to prospect and convert new accounts.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, complex, growing environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Deep understanding of the North American utility scale and community solar markets.
  • Self-motivated strategic thinker with a results-driven attitude.
Compensation and Benefits

At SolarEdge, we are committed to fair, transparent pay and a just workplace. The target base salary for this role is $120K-$130K, depending on market location and individual factors such as experience and skills. Total compensation may include bonuses and equity awards, along with comprehensive medical, financial, and other benefits. Our benefits package supports your success at work and home.
