Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a remote team of Market Sales Managers, providing coaching and performance support
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet Samsung regional targets
  • Oversee training of retail sales staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
  • Manage merchandising activities to increase product visibility
  • Collaborate with retail partners and build relationships at district and regional levels
  • Analyze sales data and regional trends for improvement opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Performance Metrics
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals including revenue and units sold
  • Meet weekly in-store visit targets for Market Sales Managers
  • Meet regional training targets
  • Support Market Sales Managers in the field weekly
  • Maintain business relationships with district leadership
  • Document visits and provide summaries to partners
  • Monitor competitive intelligence for growth opportunities
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years retail sales management experience with proven success
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently with good time management
  • Willing to travel 70-80% across US and work flexible hours
