Job summary

360 Recruiter Accelerator is seeking a Regional Sales Leader for Portland, OR to drive regional sales strategies, coach a sales team, and expand key customer relationships.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service, develop sales plans, forecasts, and performance metrics, and identify opportunities for growth in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within Food Manufacturing/Distribution, or CPG.
• Demonstrated success developing sales teams and growing customer relationships.
• Strong business development, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
