The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for increasing sales of the HASKEL BUTECH portfolio through all assigned Channel Distributors and Direct Key accounts (OEM, EPCs, and System Integrators). The RSM will utilize advanced sales strategies, channel management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of selling techniques to target all focus market sectors and maximize sales. This role requires high technical aptitude, influence in brand preference, and the ability to articulate value propositions as part of solution selling, including knowledge of process equipment such as pressure boosting and flow calculations.
The total compensation range is $130,000 - $200,000, including incentives, based on skills, experience, certifications, and location. Eligible for bonuses and incentive pay.
