Diocesan Publication in Florida is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow a regional sales team serving parishes and dioceses. You will drive revenue, manage the pipeline, and set strategic targets to exceed goals.

You’ll coach reps, coordinate with sales support, travel frequently within the Southeast, and build trusted relationships with church partners while promoting our complete product suite.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead, coach, and grow our sales team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales pipeline, setting strategic targets, and empowering sales representatives to exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with parishes, dioceses on a regional scale.
• Introduce our full suite of products to sales representatives ensuring they are comfortable presenting our offerings to our Parish partners.
• Conduct sales presentations for potential clients
• Create a culture of camaraderie among the sales team with an emphasis on team work and collective accomplishments.
• Manage the sales pipeline and regularly communicate progress with VP of Sales and Marketing
• Prepare contracts and manage their execution/completion
• Work closely with our sales support team orchestrating the scheduling of Sales Representatives in the field
• Frequent travel to various accounts within the region, coaching, training and collaborating with sales representatives
• Regular meetings with Upper management to review sales results, goals, and initiatives

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Sales Management (3-5 years minimum)
• Prior Advertising Sales Experience is a PLUS
• Familiarity with the Catholic Church communication space
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the desire to grow the territory
• Comfortable with CRM tools, video conferencing, and standard office software.
• A genuine understanding of and respect for the mission and culture of the Catholic Church
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with Priests, Bishops, parish staff, and diocesan leaders
