Position: Regional Sales Representative

Location: CityView - Remote

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Representative to expand our customer base in the US for our CityView line of business. This is a fully remote role with approximately 25%-40% travel for customer meetings, demos, and conferences/trade shows. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, account management, and proficiency with tools like ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.

This position offers a starting salary between $70,000 - $80,000 USD/year plus uncapped commissions based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze market potential and execute prospecting activities to grow the pipeline.
  2. Make cold calls and conduct in-person visits and presentations.
  3. Develop and implement regional sales plans.
  4. Create proposals and respond to RFPs with quality and timeliness.
  5. Maintain detailed product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
  6. Understand competitors’ activities and market dynamics.
  7. Record activities in Salesforce CRM.
  8. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet targets.
  9. Accurately forecast sales bookings.
  10. Participate in trade shows and customer meetings.
  11. Build relationships across customer organizations and focus on customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
  • 5 to 10 years of sales experience.
  • Expertise in Community Development solutions and local government markets.
  • Experience selling complex software and SaaS solutions with multi-year deals.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft applications.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Results-driven, persistent, resourceful, with high integrity and accountability.
  • Self-motivated with a proven sales process.
