The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth across the mid-west to the western United States through a combination of existing account expansion, and new business development and dormant account reactivation. This highly consultative role requires a deep understanding of customer operations and the ability to uncover challenges, identify opportunities, and align Boston Group's broad manufacturing and product capabilities with customer needs. Working closely with retailers, OEMs, architects, designers, and other strategic partners, the Regional Sales Manager will own the performance of their territory, developing long-term relationships that increase customer value while consistently achieving and exceeding revenue objectives. Success in this role requires curiosity, technical aptitude, strong business development instincts, and a proactive approach to introducing innovative solutions that help customers solve problems, improve operations, and grow their business.
This is a full-time, remote position. The anticipated salary range is $120,000–$130,000, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
