Job summary

Accordance Search Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the IL/IA/WI/MN/SD/ND region. The role directs district sales activities, leads personnel development, and collaborates with the AVP of Sales on pricing and market strategies.

The position requires recruiting and selecting sales and clinical staff, implementing incentive programs, and weekly travel within the geography to drive performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or related field.
• Five years outside medical sales experience or equivalent.
• Proven track record of leading people or teams.
