Regional Sales Manager - LenelS2 (Remote - Finance)

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing relationships with top revenue-generating customers and developing overall product sales growth for our LenelS2 products. The role requires an experienced sales manager with solid industry and product knowledge, strong technical skills, and familiarity with the latest access control and video technologies, combined with exceptional sales skills. The candidate must be able to operate effectively within a matrix organization, collaborating with customers, sales, product management, engineering, and operations teams. This role involves significant travel; the successful candidate must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time.

This is a REMOTE role; candidates MUST reside within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
  1. Full ownership of relationships (VARs, consultants, end-users), channel management, and sales activities within the assigned region.
  2. Achieve financial objectives.
  3. Develop and implement sales action plans aligned with company strategy.
  4. Participate actively in sales activities to drive business success.
  5. Develop key sales competencies such as prospecting, lead generation, influencing, business acumen, and judgment.
  6. Ensure effective execution of key deliverables, metrics, and activities.
  7. Maintain clear communication with the Regional Sales Director.
  8. Align activities with business imperatives.
  9. Develop a strategic understanding of your role, expectations, and performance metrics.
  10. Maintain extensive knowledge of customers, market opportunities, and competitors.
  11. Create and execute account growth plans for top customers in the assigned geography.
  12. Coordinate with internal resources to provide value and facilitate business for customers.
  13. Support customers through growth activities, product demonstrations, trade shows, and product roadshows.
  14. Own RFP responses and submissions within the territory.
  15. Complete internal business deliverables within designated timeframes.
  16. Provide strategic and market feedback to the business.
  17. Develop and execute plans for customer and market training needs.
  18. Manage and implement market strategic initiatives and programs.
