What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, direct, and develop the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Manage pipeline and implement sales strategies for the Compression Channels
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians and hospitals
- Recruit, hire, and train new Sales Representatives
- Evaluate performance against sales objectives and recommend marketing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Three to five years of medical device sales leadership experience
- Experience selling to HME/DME’s, clinicians, and hospitals
- Understanding of reimbursement processes in outpatient care settings
- Strong competency in managing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree is a plus
- Proficiency in PC applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to effectively plan and organize time and resources
