Norfolk Kitchen & Bath, a fourth-generation family company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Boston, Braintree, and Framingham showrooms. You will coach 20+ designers, drive sales, manage margins, and partner with the construction team to close design-build projects.

You’ll travel among three showrooms, recruit and develop staff, review quotes and commissions, and uphold the Norfolk brand while expanding showroom locations.

Competenze

• 7+ years in kitchen and bath or building products sales
• 3–5+ years leading a sales team
• Proven track record of meeting revenue and margin goals
• Enjoy developing people and coaching designers
• Willingness to travel among three showrooms
• Strong organizational, delegation, and time-management skills

Norfolk Kitchen & Bath is a family-owned, fourth-generation company founded in 1934, with our own cabinet manufacturing and distribution behind every showroom. We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Boston, Braintree, and Framingham showrooms.

This job is about people. You'll coach designers into stronger sellers, keep the team steady when a customer or a coworker gets tense, and own the region's sales, forecast, and margin. You'll also build relationships with builders, remodelers, and designers who send us repeat work.

What you'll do
