Kitchen Saver is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a growing sales team across the Ohio market. You will recruit, train, and coach sales professionals, set territory plans, and drive revenue.

With support from a national marketing group and call center, you will mentor talent, monitor performance metrics, and report to regional leadership.

This role offers an aggressive commission and potential earnings of $250,000+ annually, plus comprehensive benefits and career development.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales leadership or management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales professionals.
• Create onboarding and training programs for new sales members.
• Conduct ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance assessments.
• Distribute leads daily and monitor performance metrics.
• Hold team accountable to standards and objectives.
• Follow up on canceled/no-sale appointments to recover opportunities.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns and issues.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to the Regional VP of Sales.
• Lead bi-weekly sales meetings and participate in regional meetings.
• Develop and execute monthly territory sales plans.
• Maintain a professional, productive, and compliant sales environment.

With the support of our dedicated marketing department, national call center, installation training team, and established systems, you'll have the resources you need to succeed while leading a high-performing sales team.

What You'll Do

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within your assigned territory, developing sales talent, and ensuring the achievement of company sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales professionals.
• Create and implement onboarding and training programs for new sales team members.
• Conduct regular ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance assessments.
• Assign and distribute sales leads to the team daily.
• Monitor individual and team performance metrics.
• Hold team members accountable to company standards and sales objectives.
• Conduct follow-up with canceled and no-sale appointments to recover opportunities and generate revenue.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns and issues.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports to the Regional Vice President of Sales.
• Lead bi-weekly sales meetings and participate in regional and corporate meetings.
• Develop and execute monthly territory sales plans.
• Maintain a professional, productive, and compliant sales environment.
