Sales Recruiters Chicago, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager based in the Baltimore area to own an established medical device territory across Greater Baltimore, Northern Maryland, the Eastern Shore, Delaware, SE Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.

This home-based role requires regular field visits, product demonstrations, and clinical education sessions for healthcare professionals while growing existing accounts and developing new business, with travel around 30% of the time.

• Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts
• Develop new business throughout the assigned territory
• Build strategic relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers
• Represent the company at industry conventions, trade shows, and medical conferences

Job description

Established medical-device territory with an active customer base. This is an individual-contributor field sales role covering Greater Baltimore, Northern Maryland, the Eastern Shore, Delaware, southeast Pennsylvania, and southern New Jersey.

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in the Baltimore area. Responsibilities include managing existing accounts, conducting regular face-to-face visits, educating healthcare professionals on product solutions, identifying growth opportunities, and developing new business within the territory.

Requirements

• Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 to meet hospital credentialing requirements
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Territory Overview

The representative must be based in the Baltimore area and will cover Greater Baltimore, Northern Maryland, the Eastern Shore, Southeast Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware.

• Approximately 30% travel within the territory
• About 4–6 nights away per month
• Air travel to approximately 4–6 medical conferences and industry events per year

The Opportunity

It combines the independence of a home-based sales position with the opportunity to work directly with healthcare professionals and represent innovative medical device solutions.
