Job summary

Spencer Rigby, in partnership with a spine/ biologics manufacturer, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across AZ, CO, and UT. You will build a distributor network, engage surgeons and distributors with confidence, and expand the product into multi-indication areas beyond spine.

Ideal candidates bring a track record of turning opportunities into market expansion and a demonstrated ability to operate with high autonomy and energy in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in spine hardware, trauma, foot & ankle, CMF, biologics, or deformity.
• Direct, hands-on experience recruiting, onboarding, motivating, and exiting 1099 distributors or agencies.
• A true builder who has personally opened and grown business, with proven numbers.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an untapped AZ / CO / UT region and build the distributor network with full autonomy.
• Walk into rooms with surgeons and distributors to win their support and grow market share.
• Expand the product beyond spine into trauma, foot & ankle, biologics, CMF and deformity.

Spencer Rigby has partnered with a high growth, spine/ biologics manufacturer as it rebuilds its US commercial organization under new executive leadership. The company is on a mission to shed its legacy reputation as a \"spine-only\" player and reposition itself as a true multi-indication leader.

We\'re looking for a high energy Regional Sales Manager with the gravitas to walk into a room and win over surgeons and distributors alike. Someone ready to take ownership of an untapped, AZ / CO /UT region and build the distributor network with full autonomy to shape how the region is run.

This is about turning a product which has historically been spine focused only into something that\'s a foothold across trauma, foot & ankle, biologics, CMF and deformity. You\'ve got no ceiling when it comes to growth or where you could take this product!
